This course has medium-sized fairways with rolling, contoured hills. The greens are large, fast, and tiered. The course personnel stated that the design of the course requires accuracy on all shots. At one time this was quite rural, but now there are many new developments in the area, including hotels, homes, and malls.
The course plays to a maximum distance of 7,030 yards.

My daughter lives in Yellow Springs,Ohio.We play Beavercreek as often as possible when we visit.Senior rate is $39.00.The course plays to whatever the player decides,many opportunties to gamble or lay up. Love this course.For a public course it offers a great value.

As public courses go, Beavercreek is the best test of a golfers skills in the Dayton area.

This is a course that requires prior course knowledge to play at a high level. You definitely need to know where to hit the ball on the greens to have a good putt.
